Journey through loan modification …
I am going to share with you; dear reader, my story about loan modification.
Starting with financial melt down and the biggest recession of my life time in U.S., our home that me and my wife live in lost almost 25% of its initial value. At the same time I lost/quite my second job, I am saying LOST since, it was part time and I was working for a Chinese distribution company between 6-8 hrs in the afternoon. When a person migrates to a new country, from the first moment of his/her arrival, he/she faces with new challenges. The migrated individual not only should solve daily challenges but also they should be able to satisfy their cultural needs. By migration to the new country, people enter to a new cultural world. the target language. If the migrated person could talk in the target language and be able to communicate with native speakers of the target language, he/she will more easily face with challenges.
