My family and I were able to receive green card through my mother-in-law when she got an American passport and applied for her children. She was 80 years old when she applied for citizenship. After her citizenship, she constantly reminded us that we have not been to USA ever, what if you never get the chance to go, and my answer was always something like that we don’t have enough money yet. High confidence in human beings sometimes may prevent them from taking the right action. Mr.Taghi came back from his pilgrimage trip after two months. Now he was entitled as Haj Taghi. Neighbors came to our house for celebration. We had a big party in his honor. Opium was provided for the guests. For a long time, Taghi was a drug addict. He had parties at his house every week in which drug was used. His wife had a sister named Anis. She was opinionated, confident, selfish and tough. In our community high percentage of society was suffering from poverty. Najmeh’s grandfather was clergy. He would give speeches in the mosques on the pulpit and he was respected by the people. He had three children, two girls and a boy, his son-in-law similar to him was living outside of Iran. After what I reported on my first post I just wanted toreport an update on where I am at with our journey in loan modification, you can read the first post here, after the forbearance agreement ended on April 2011 which was a period of forgiveness, I kept calling LBPS which is the servicer for our mortgage company to so what , and I kept updating the documents they asked, and still no answer, every week they would say call back the next week there is no update, Continue reading “Journey through loan modification continued….” »
Today is my birthday and I am not feeling good, I don’t know what feeling I should have. I was born in 1954. My father was a good man but he was irresponsible towards his own family. My Mom was perfect woman , she was my role model.
