After what I reported on my first post I just wanted toreport an update on where I am at with our journey in loan modification, you can read the first post here, after the forbearance agreement ended on April 2011 which was a period of forgiveness, I kept calling LBPS which is the servicer for our mortgage company to so what , and I kept updating the documents they asked, and still no answer, every week they would say call back the next week there is no update, so I got tired of the run around and I went to a Free Local Credit counseling agency which these are non profit agency that help you talk to yout mortgage company without receiving any penny so with help of one of the agents there we both tag team and called LBPS, and believe it or not it had influence, they still said the same thing but my file got pushed the next step, which was you need a new Tax release document, but at least it moved forward, so I gave them the new document, and again going back to the loop of me calling and no new answer until one day a packet arrived at our home with UPS 2 day air and it was titled “We have a good news for you” and it was my real HAMP ( Home affordable modification program) trail plan. This plan will
last about 3 months, That’s what they say on paper, but any one in their company I talk too they warn me it may( mostly will) go more than that.
So I am still hope full.
I will put an update here, when a news come around, I am doing my best to get the HAMP before it goes away, since I heard in news that money for this program is running out.

Suprebly illuminating data here, thanks!

I could do that, but was told it would cost $5000. Later, I went to a bank and related this qoietsun to the lady the qoietsun of why it costs so much for a refi, to which she replied it was because there would be more closing costs. She then said they could to a modification. She said she knew it could be done once, but she didn’t know if it could be done more than once.
And to think I was going to talk to someone in preson about this.
Files continue to pcoucy the same disk address they were written.By deleting, you move the pointer to the Recycle Bin.When you empty the Recycle Bin, you remove the pointer. The disk space is now released can be written over by new files. The recovery software will scan the disk find these files. But parts of them may have been destroyed by new files.
